    B) All commissions are implicitly or explicitly governed by the terms below.
02. Right to Deny Service ▶
    A) I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at my discretion.
    B) Reasons for refusal may be disclosed or undisclosed.
    C) This applies at any stage of communication or commission.
03. Agreement & Work Scope ▶
    A) The terms of a commission may not be changed unilaterally after work has begun.
    B) Any changes must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
    C) Additional requests outside the original scope may be treated as a new commission.
04. Communication and Conduct ▶
    A) Communication must remain respectful and professional at all times.
    B) Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
    C) Real-life factors must be respected, I may not instantly respond at any time of the day.
05. Payment Terms ▶
    A) Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.
    B) Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of the commission.
    C) I am not responsible for delays caused by late or missing payments.
06. Refund & Revision Policy ▶
    A) All commissions are considered final once work has begun.
    B) Refunds and revisions are not offered unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
07. Delivery & Timelines ▶
    A) Delivery timelines are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    B) Delays may occur due to workload, technical complexity, or external factors.
    C) Significant delays will be communicated when possible.
08. Ownership & Usage ▶
    A) Upon completion and payment, you may use the delivered work for its intended purpose.
    B) I may showcase the work in portfolios or public examples unless confidentiality is requested in advance.
    C) Material from the commission will never be used for any purpose other than B) unless explicitly permitted.
09. Termination Policy ▶
    A) I shall terminate a commission at my own discretion if these terms are violated.
    B) You may cancel before work begins.
10. No Guarantees ▶
    A) I offer no guarantees regarding performance, results, or business outcomes.
    B) You are solely responsible for how the delivered work is used.
11. Changes to These Terms ▶
    A) These terms may be updated at any time for future commissions.
    B) Ongoing commissions are governed by the terms agreed upon at the start, unless both parties agree to changes.
